Carhaix Facade +-

The design of the facade is inspired by Carhaix’s plot division. By taking up this landscaped motif, lines come to create contours which we have composed with three different materials: Perforated, hammered and reflective. These folded sheet panels are fixed on spacers to create an evanescent skin detached from the building. By simplifying this cutting, by playing with the materialities and the density of the patterns we offer a vertical and poetic image of the hedged farmland. This skin makes it possible to make visible a part of the territory directly inspired by the topography of the land in which the project is located.
