Pool has been ordered by the skateboard brand La Planche à Roulettes. They asked us to design cutting boards claiming their craft and world. We designed three boards echoing the formal language of Californian pools. During the 1970s, these emptied pools have been the static waves of skateboard’s pioneers. The Pool is composed by three raw wood boards: one board for cheeses, an other for raw meat and the last one for cooked meat. Each board is formed by a graphical framework to identify its function. Together, they are the translation of the urban wave.
